Cancelation
- Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.
Deposit for breakages
- Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.

12 to 15 mnts walking to Luz beach. The nearest Town is Lagos 7 km from.
Accommodation: 3 bedrooms; 1 double bed super King and 4 single beds total sleeps 6pax. All with French door open up on terrace with nice sea & garden views.2 bathroom and a showerroom, one of them is en-suite.
Kitchen well equipped with washing machine/dish washer/micro wave/fridge freezer/cooker and oven. Toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
There is a cosy sitting room with flat screen Tv & English limited channels.
Next to the kitchen is a dining table set up for 6.
But also a new terrace glassed has been recently close up making a spare room with table and chairs ; nice view over the pool , garden & sea.
Outdoor furniture available near close to BBQ.
