Booking Agreements
- 20% deposit to secure the booking.
Balance 4 weeks before occupancy.
Cancelation
- Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.
Deposit for breakages
- Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.
General Informations
Accommodation for 6 People.
Apartment situated in Baía da Luz Resort, in the centre of Praia da Luz, 6 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 km from Lagos.
The double bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a queen size bed.
The other bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have windows opening on to same balcony. The third bedroom is a Mezzanine has 2 single beds, a private bathroom with shower, also has a small balcony.
An extra shower room/ toilet service near the second bedroom.
The living room comfortably furnish with sitting area and dinning room table. A TV with Portuguese and some international channels, an access to good size balcony with table & chairs for outdoor meals.
Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.
Very well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hob, kettle, fridge with separate freezer and other utensils to make your meal.
The resort has two outdoor pools for adults and one extra pool for children. In the surroundings from the resort there is a restaurant and a playground.
