This is a town house semidetached situated in Praia da Luz.

Walking distance to the beach 200mts approximately.

The main entrance is on the 1st floor where the stairs take you up to the kitchen which is equipped with: dishwasher, small fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and other utensils to make your meal.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs as well as 2 sofas, a TV with Portuguese and international channels, WIFI, and French door opening onto a balcony with 2 outdoor tables.

Downstairs are two bedrooms each with two single beds with built-in wardrobes, the master having its own private en suite shower room. The family bathroom is large and houses the washing machine. Both bedrooms have access to their own small terraces.

The accommodation has a large roof terrace with sea views which is equipped with sun loungers, barbecue and table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Balance 4 weeks before occupancy.

Deposit for breakages

Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.
