From main door you get on entrance hall, on the right you have comfortable living area overlooking a good size balcony that Is well furnish with outdoor settee and nice size table to get the most of this view all day long, you can eat on balcony or relax.

On the left a fitted kitchen well equipped with dish washer/washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee press and the usual utilities for cooking. French window open on small balcony where you can use a utility space or even sit.

In front you than have 6 steps down to a clock room, 6 more step and you have the first ensuite bedroom on the left, other couple of steps and you have a big size shower room set with washing base, and toilet. Fair on the front than Is the 3 º bedroom ensuite. The bathroom here is huge, the toilet and bidet can be closed, 2 big size washing base, one bath and another big shower.

Access to the pool: a nice, pleasant walk of 5 minutes to reach the spacious pool that is just overlooking the sea.

Cancelation

Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.

Deposit for breakages

Refundable deposit for breakge is ask fro villas 500€ . For apartment 300€,

Refundable 8 days after departure.
