This is a semi-detached house in Praia da Luz.

Located 200 meters from the beach.

The main entrance leads to an entrance hall where you have the choice of going up to the 1st floor to the open-plan kitchen with dining area and living room, a service bathroom is next to the kitchen.   The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, wine fridge and various utensils for cooking your meals. The living room is comfortably furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs as well as 2 sofas, a TV with Portuguese and international channels, WIFI, and a French door that opens to a balcony with 1 table, 2 sun beds and an outdoor sofa.

Downstairs we find three bedrooms, two with twin beds and integrated closets, and the main bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. The bedroom has direct access to the patio garden.

The accommodation has a balcony in the living room with sea views and a backyard garden equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue.

The house has air conditioning in all rooms.

Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.

Deposit for breakages

Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.
