In front is the living area set up with dining table and chairs in one part of the area and the other is the sitting area comfortably furnished with 2 large settee, coffee table, tv with sky satellite BBC & ITV, it can be switch on Portuguese channel too from this area there is a French window that open up on a reasonable balcony size, this balcony can be reach from one of the bedrooms too. There is a good size table and 4 chairs for this balcony.The living area has 2 big nice window with pleasant view.

Bedrooms: one has a double bed (reasonable size) and fitted wardrobes.

The other has 2 singles beds and fitted wardrobes , this room is quiet big.

Bathroom; just redone with 2 washing base/1 shower/1 bide/1wc.

There is a door that opens to stairs down to the 1. Bedroom apart. So when is rent together is left open or close according to the deal with client.

But the 1. Bedroom has his own entrance too from south side.

Booking Agreements

20% deposit to secure the booking.
Balance 4 weeks before occupancy.

Cancelation

Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.

Deposit for breakages

Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.
