The apartment has 3 bedrooms.

One bedroom is unsuited with bath and a double bed. The second and third bedroom both have single bed that can be join and a small balcony. The apartment has a familiar bathroom.

Beds can be made as double or single.

Air conditioning set in the bedrooms and in the living room.

The living room comfortably furnish with sitting area and dining room table. TV with Portuguese and international channels, WI FI, crossing the room there is a balcony with pool view and a good size table to dining.

Very well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hob, kettle, fridge with separate freezer and other utensils to make your meal. Kitchen with over plan to the living room.

Accessible to 2 common swimming pools one suitable for children and one for adults a playground for children set up by side.

Balance 4 weeks before occupancy.
November to March open to more than 3 weeks booking.

Cancelation

Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.

Deposit for breakages

Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.
