The apartment it’s located in Porto Dona Maria, 3 km from Burgau and 3,5 km from Praia da Luz.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms + mezzanine overlooking living area.

One bedroom with double bed that has a an suite shower room; the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third is a mezzanine with double bed that has also a small balcony with two sun loungers.

The apartment has a familiar shower room.

The living room comfortably furnish with sitting area and dining room table. TV with Portuguese and international channels, WI FI, crossing the room there is a balcony with sea view and a good size table to dining.

Very well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hob, kettle, fridge with separate freezer and other utensils to make your meal. Kitchen with over plan to the living room.

Outside the property there is 2 common swimming pools 1 for children and the other one for adults.

Within the condominium facilities there is an indoor pool, a jacuzzi, as well as a gym.

Cancelation

Cancelation up to 4 weeks total refund.

Deposit for breakages

Refund at maximum 8 days after departure.
A re-fundable deposit is required 500€ for villas & 300€ for apartment.
